Overview

Lip or Tongue Frenectomy basically refers to the process of removing the Frenum tissue in order to improve the mobility of the lips, cheeks, and tongue.

There are three types of Frenectomies namely, Lingual, Maxillary Labial, and Maxillary Buccal Frenectomy.

Frenectomy is applicable for individuals with symptoms despite of their age category.

Why you need it?

• Tongue Tie: Limited mobility of the tongue is mostly observed in infants. 
• Speech Disorders: Children or grown-ups with speech disorders
• Lip Tie: Individuals with lip ties often carry an unusual gap between their two frontmost teeth.
